Digital Printing

Wide Format Digital Printing - Roll & flatbed. We have both solvent & UV wide format digital printing capabilities.

We have 2 Fuji Acuity HS 4ft x 8ft flatbed digital printers that can print full colour + white on rigid substrates up to 2" thick. Ideal for retail displays & exterior signage. This digital printer produces waterproof and UV resistant prints on plastics, metals, vinyls, wood, aluminum, paperboard, foam board and more. We also have a 54"roland eco-sol cutter printer, an 84" UV roll printing capacity, as well as laminating and finishing equipment.

NEW FOR 2013 - Shop Expansion

In 2012 we were struggling to find a place for all our new equipment. We were contemplating relocating all our facilities, but luck was on our side — The tenants beside us moved out, and we were able to secure a lease on the neigbouring building, nearly doubling our shop space. Our offices were also relocated to 495 Kensington.

NEW FOR 2013 - Zund G3 digital cutter

This year we purchased a 70"x98" Zund G3 flatbed cutter/router. This investment brings our finishing capabilities full circle. We can accurately shape cut both digital & screen printed media up to 1 1/2" thick.

NEW FOR 2013 - Second Fuji Acuity Printer

Thanks to all our new customers and ever increasing workload, we were able to purchase a second Fuji Acuity Printer.

Our Fuji flatbed printer has a very high colour gamut, enabling us to successfully match many pantone and other spot colour standards. Unlike earlier versions of this technology, you will not see ink spray, artifacting or distracting scan lines in the image.

We also produce smaller format digital graphics for stickers/decals, including digital white printing.
